Nos complace informar que DAC Consulting Services ha formalizado legalmente su constitución en México. Este es un paso estratégico que nos permitirá seguir fortaleciendo nuestra presencia en la región, brindar un servicio más cercano y continuar apoyando a nuestros clientes con ingeniería forense de excelencia para ayudar a la resolución de disputas y toma de decisiones en reclamos de seguros.

Stathis Maliakis enjoyed the chance to visit the MEECON (Middle East Energy Conference) in October, which took place in Dubai! Throughout the day, energy market insurance professionals engaged in enlightening and motivating conversations, and during the breaks, there was excellent business networking.

DAC Consulting Services Forensic Engineering team in Dubai is growing and expanding significantly, ready to support insurers and loss-adjusters in insurance claims, reinstatements, RC(F)As and Forensic Inspections.

DAC Consulting Services had a brilliant week in Dubai for Dubai Arbitration Week. We also had the pleasure of hosting a panel of distinguished speakers, Construction Disputes: Assembling Winning Teams, led by our Head of Power Efstathios Maliakis, and including Yolanda Walker, Ahmed Ibrahim, William Prasifka and Erik Christiaen. Many insightful ideas were shared, and the audience engaged with great enthusiasm! In fact, a few attendees mentioned, "This was the best panel we've attended during DAW!"—a truly gratifying compliment to receive.

DAC Consulting Services was happy to participate in the Arbitration in 2 Worlds UK  which was held the end of November, and join an excellent panel of specialists.

DAC Consulting Services was thrilled to attend the HardTalk Miami 2024 and participate in the conversation about the Challenges in Taking Evidence in Infrastructure Disputes in Latin America  The turnout and event were fantastic, and we are already excited for next year!

DAC Consulting Services made another appearance at the 22nd ICC Miami Conference on International Arbitration and had an amazing week in Miami.

We are delighted that our Managing Director Daniel A. Correa was recommended from Lexology for this new recognition in the category of "Consulting Experts - Construction - Quantum, Delay & Technical" and continuous recognition in the Construction Index.

Globally, 2024 has been an amazing year for DAC. We have seen a record amount of requests for our services, and we have proceeded to expand our practices, which are situated in London, Dubai, Miami and Mexico.

DAC has attended a number of significant events, Hard Talk in Washington, 12th ICC Mena Conference, Riyadh International Disputes Week, The Society of Construction Law annual dinner, The Expert Witness Institute, Construction Week Middle East, Mexico Arbitration Week, Canada Arbitration week, IBA Mexico, Society of Construction Law North America, GAR Live: Civil Law Summit 2024, Onshore Energy Conference London 2024, Dubai Arbitration Week, Arbitration in 2 Worlds, Hard Talk in Miami and the 22nd ICC Miami Conference International Arbitration.

 

In 2024, Who's Who Legal recognised our managing director Daniel A. Correa as a Construction Expert Witness. We were also pleased to welcome Matt Borrelli as Director of Business Development and Panayiotis Pantaridis to our Core Group.

As we keep expanding internationally, we end up working in fascinating locations. Enquiries and new cases have just lately come in from the following countries: Australia, China, Guyana, Georgia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, and Cyprus. A thrilling spread!

Overall, it has been a magnificent year, and we look forward to 2025!!
