The DAC Mexico Office is now official!
We are pleased to announce that DAC Consulting Services has formally established its legal entity in Mexico. This strategic step keeps strengthening our presence in the region, allows us to provide closer support, and enhances our ability to assist clients with top-notch forensic engineering services that facilitate dispute resolution and informed decision-making in insurance claims.

Stathis Maliakis enjoyed the chance to visit the MEECON (Middle East Energy Conference) in October, which took place in Dubai! Throughout the day, energy market insurance professionals engaged in enlightening and motivating conversations, and during the breaks, there was excellent business networking.

DAC Consulting Services was proud to sponsor and be present at the Sir Michael Davies lecture by the The Expert Witness Institute . In particular, Mr Justice Trower gave a fascinating look into the theme of ‘Independence, bias and conflicts of interest: when might the independence of an expert’s evidence be regarded by the court as compromised, and what are the consequences when it is?’.
DAC Consulting Services was thrilled to be present at the Onshore Energy Conference 2024 in November. A great event, with excellent presentations, and especially excellent people around the city. Bob Coates , Matt Borrelli , Lorman Correa and Daniel A. Correa.
DAC Consulting Services had a brilliant week in Dubai for Dubai Arbitration Week. We also had the pleasure of hosting a panel of distinguished speakers, Construction Disputes: Assembling Winning Teams, led by our Head of Power Efstathios Maliakis, and including Yolanda Walker, Ahmed Ibrahim, William Prasifka and Erik Christiaen. Many insightful ideas were shared, and the audience engaged with great enthusiasm! In fact, a few attendees mentioned, "This was the best panel we've attended during DAW!"—a truly gratifying compliment to receive.
DAC Consulting Services was happy to participate in the Arbitration in 2 Worlds UK which was held the end of November, and join an excellent panel of specialists.
DAC Consulting Services was thrilled to attend the HardTalk Miami 2024 and participate in the conversation about the Challenges in Taking Evidence in Infrastructure Disputes in Latin America The turnout and event were fantastic, and we are already excited for next year!

In 2024, Who's Who Legal recognised our managing director Daniel A. Correa as a Construction Expert Witness. We were also pleased to welcome Matt Borrelli as Director of Business Development and Panayiotis Pantaridis to our Core Group.
As we keep expanding internationally, we end up working in fascinating locations.
